ABOUT US

At Servicing Hands of Texas, we believe every child deserves to enter school equipped with confidence, curiosity, and the foundational skills to succeed—regardless of the language they speak, their family’s income, or their parents’ level of education.

Our programs are designed to serve 3- and 4-year-old children from linguistically and economically diverse families in Fort Bend County, including Missouri City, Richmond, and Rosenberg. Through a bilingual, STEAM-integrated curriculum, we nurture cognitive growth, English language development, and early academic achievement.

OUR PROGRAMS

We offer two core programs that work in tandem to support both children and their caregivers:

BILINGUAL STEAM PRESCHOOL READINESS

Children participate in a culturally responsive, play-based curriculum rooted in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Each week, students explore hands-on experiments, storytelling, group learning, and creative expression—while simultaneously developing language, literacy, and social-emotional skills. All instruction is delivered bilingually to reflect and support the children’s home languages.

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT & ESL SUPPORT

We recognize that parents are a child’s first teacher. That’s why we offer monthly workshops, beginner-friendly English language support, and culturally tailored resources to help families become active participants in their children’s education. Whether it’s learning how to foster reading at home or understanding the school system, we empower caregivers with the confidence to lead.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The children we serve are full of promise, but many face barriers before they even walk into a kindergarten classroom.

Nearly 40% of Fort Bend households speak a language other than English, and many families struggle to access high-quality early learning programs due to cost, location, or eligibility requirements.

Our work bridges that gap—reaching children who would otherwise be left behind and giving them a real chance to thrive.

HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT

What sets Servicing Hands of Texas apart is our commitment to serving the whole family, not just the child.

We don’t simply prepare children to meet academic benchmarks—we work with parents, extended family members, and community partners to create an ecosystem of support.

We are culturally responsive, relationship-driven, and rooted in the specific needs of Fort Bend County’s underserved communities.
